Our price list is on a turnkey basis and there are no separate visit fees. We use our own tools for cleaning.

Flexibility

There are two types of pricing models to choose from, a one-time visit or a contract price on a continuous basis.

Brief description of our service

Cleaning of the property/apartment after each customer's visit
Inventory management of everyday goods (toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags)
Reception and confirmation of orders on a fast schedule, even within 24 hours before the agreed cleaning date. Or, we schedule all cleanings in advance
Confirmation of completion of work and possible pictures of a clean apartment
Liability insurance in force up to EUR 500,000

Each changeover cleaning includes:

Vacuuming of floors and carpets
Cleaning of shelves
Wiping doors, mirrors and handles
Cleaning kitchen counters and sink
Washing/ emptying the dishwasher into the cupboards
Wiping the microwave and stove
Bathroom and toilet cleaning
Cleaning the refrigerator and disposing of excess food
Emptying garbage and putting new garbage bags
Changing bed sheets
Preparing the apartment for the next guests

Cleaning does not include:

Cleaning tiles and tile joints
Cleaning the inside of the oven, not cleaning difficult stains on the stove
Cleaning tough limescale stains
Cleaning of places where access requires moving furniture
